Terms of Service
Welcome to Iron Split (the “App”). This App is operated by an independent developer and provides tools for expense tracking and splitting. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
The App is a utility tool for expense tracking and splitting, with basic data organization features.
It does not provide any payment, collection, or financial transaction services of any kind.
2. User Accounts
The App uses anonymous accounts (device ID / Firebase Authentication ID).
Data may not be recoverable after reinstalling the App or changing devices.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all entered amounts and results.
The App is a calculation tool only and does not handle or participate in any matters related to actual payments or financial disputes.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Data related to a task will be retained for 30 days after the task is closed or deleted, and then permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data for ongoing (active) tasks will be retained while the task remains active.
5. Service Changes and Interruptions
The service may be modified, suspended, or terminated due to maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
The developer reserves the right to change or discontinue the service at any time.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” The developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising from its use.
