The App may collect the following information:

  • Display name (user-provided, may include personal information)
  • Device and technical information (such as OS, app version, language settings)
  • Anonymous identifiers (such as device ID / Firebase Authentication ID)
  • Usage data and error logs (including crash reports and technical diagnostics to improve stability)
  • Expense records and amounts (no actual payment data)
  • Camera access (used only for QR code scanning; no images or video data are stored or transmitted)

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information only for:

  • Providing and maintaining app functionality
  • Improving user experience and service stability
  • Debugging, error analysis, and system maintenance

3. Third-Party Services and Processing

The App uses third-party services such as Firebase (e.g., Firestore, Analytics, Authentication, Crashlytics) to operate and improve the service.

We may also use external APIs to provide certain features (such as exchange rate data). These services do not receive personal data unless necessary for functionality.

We do not provide personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
However, data may be processed by service providers strictly within the scope necessary to operate the App (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, error reporting), and such providers are treated as processors.

4. International Data Processing

Due to the use of cloud services, data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence (including outside Japan).

We take reasonable measures to select service providers with appropriate safeguards and implement necessary security controls.

5. Data Retention

Data related to a task will be retained for 30 days after the task is closed or deleted, and then permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data for ongoing (active) tasks will be retained while the task remains active.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share user data with third parties for commercial purposes, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service (e.g., Firebase infrastructure).

7. Your Requests

You may request correction, deletion, or restriction of your data.
Requests will be handled within a reasonable scope, subject to technical feasibility and legal requirements.

To prevent unauthorized requests, we may ask for reasonable verification information.
